Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Fibrotic cyst wall showing partial lining by columnar non-secretory endometrial cells with related endometrial stroma and interstitial hemorrhage. Wall shows few islands of irregular and branching endometrial glands with separating stroma. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of atypia or malignancy. </p>
<p>Lt ovarian cyst.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Cyst received opened and fragmented measuring in aggregate 7x6x1 cm, with the largest fragment measuring 4x2.8x1 cm. The specimen was totally embedded.</p>
