<p class="ql-align-justify">Thirty percent of seminiferous tubules show marked reduction in the number of spermatogenic cells with mild to moderate thickening of their basement membranes and partial arrest of maturation at the late spermatid level. Fifty five percent of seminiferous tubules are lined by Sertoli cells only with no evidence of spermatogenic cells, spermatogenic activity or mature sperms. Ten percent shows evidence of germ cell neoplasia insitu. Five percent are fibrosed and hyalinized. Interstitial cells shows focal hyperplasia.</p>
<p>Primary infertility.</p>
<p>Received one paraffin block and one H&E-stained slide coded by number 3005-25 from (Al Banoon International Hospital ) for consultation.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Rt testicular biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Sertoli cell only syndrome with germ cell neoplasia insit and focal fibrous atrophy.</strong></li></ul>
