<p class="ql-align-justify">Sections show a well-circumscribed dermal cyst lined by stratified squamous epithelium with a distinct granular layer. The cystic cavity is filled with lamellated keratin. The surrounding stroma and overlying epithelium are unremarkable, with no evidence of atypia, inflammation, or malignancy.</p>
<p>Penile skin lesion.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">One skin elipse measured 0.9x0.8x0.6 cm, showing cyst 0.8x0.7 cm</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Penile skin lesion, Excision Biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Epidermal inclusion cyst (Epidermoid cyst). </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
