<p class="ql-align-justify">Bloody soft tissue fragments collectively measured 4.5x4x1 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Endometrial biopsy: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Moderate simple endometrial hyperplasia. </strong></li><li><strong> Negative for atypia. </strong></li></ul><p><br></p>
