Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Sections show a benign lesion composed predominantly of mature adipose tissue arranged in lobules, intimately admixed with native fibrous and vascular elements of the surrounding soft tissue. The adipocytes are uniform, without atypia or lipoblasts. No mitotic activity, necrosis, or infiltrative malignant features are identified. Findings are consistent with a lipomatous hamartoma.</p>
<p>Swelling at medial upper part of Lt. thigh.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue mass measured 4x2.5x1.8 cm, partially covered by skin measuring 3x2 cm, having fatty cut section.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Lt. Thigh swelling, excision biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Lipomatous hamartoma. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
