<p>Smears show unremarkable squamous cells, satisfactory for evaluation with present endocervical / transformation zone components. There is associated mild inflammatory changes. No evidence of viral, fungal or trichomonal infection. No evidence of atypical or malignant cells.</p>
<p>Cervical ulcer.</p>
<p>Submitted two unstained smears, labeled as endocervix and ectocervix, both were pap stained.</p>
