Diagnosis
<p>Submitted cores showing infiltration by diffuse sheets of large undifferentiated malignant round cells exhibiting single central or multiple peripheral micronucleoli. Anaplasia is moderate and mitosis is active. Main possibility of this tumor is large cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. However, marker study <strong>(CK, LCA and CD20) </strong>is recommended for confirmation and to exclude the less like possibility of metastatic undifferentiated carcinoma.</p>
<p>Neck mass and retroperitoneal mass. ? NHL</p>
<p>Core measures 1.2 cm, long.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Neck mass, guided core biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Undifferentiated malignant large round cell tumor, high grade. </strong></li><li><strong>Recommended for subtyping by marker study.</strong></li></ul>
