Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Non-secretory endometrium formed of branching glands lined by 1-2 layers of cells. Stroma is cellular. Picture is consistent with anovulatory cycle. No evidence of endometritis. Few fragments of unremarkable endocervical epithelium are seen. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Cervical punch biopsy.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Bloody soft tissue fragments collectively measured 1.7x1.3x0.7 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<h3><strong><em><u>Endometrial and cervical, biopsies:</u></em></strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Disordered proliferative endometrium (anovulatory cycle). </strong></li><li><strong>Unremarkable endocervical epithelium. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for atypia and malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
