Received is a part of the rectum measuring 6 cm long with attached mesenteric fat. Opening reveals a grey-colored polypoid mass measuring 3.5 x 2.3 cm. The mass is located 1.5 cm away from one end margin and 1 cm away from the other end margin. The mesenteric fat contains 8 lymph nodes, the largest of which measures 0.6 cm.
