<p>Colicky abdominal pain, ascitic fluid for cytology.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">One smear was prepared and stained from submitted 2ml reddish fluid.</p>
<h3><em><u>Ascitic fluid, conventional cytology:</u></em></h3><ul><li><strong>Hemorrhagic with Mild inflammatory changes.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignant cells. </strong></li><li><strong>Category II. According to </strong><strong style="color: rgb(0, 29, 53);">The International System for Reporting Serous Fluid Cytopathology (</strong><strong>ISRSE).</strong></li></ul>
