Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Polypoid lesions with edematous cores and covering by respiratory type of epithelium. Cores show infiltration by neutrophils, eosinophils, lymphocytes and plasma cells. There are fragments of dried mucus entrapping neutrophils and cell debris. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of fungal infection. No evidence of malignancy. </p>
<p>Nasal polyp.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue polypoid fragments collectively measured 3x2.8x0.8 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Nasal polypectomy</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Inflammatory (allergic) polyps. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy</strong>.</li></ul>
