1- Submitted material is formed of polypoid endocervical tissue with mild infiltration by lymphocytes, plasma cells and macrophages. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.
2- Endometrial curettage shows a malignant endometrial tumor formed of irregular and crowded glands lined by atypical columnar cells exhibiting mild anaplasia and mitosis. Glands assume villoglandular patten and a back to back pattern of arrangement without intervening stroma and focal formation of solid areas. There is no evidence of myometrial fragments to assess depth of invasion. Areas of squamous differentiation are seen.

1- Cervical Biopsy: soft tissue pieces collectively measured 2.3x1.7x0.8 cm, totally embedded.
2- D & C biopsy: bloody soft tisseu pieces collectively measured 5.5x4x1.3 cm, totally embedded.
