<p>Smear is degenerated and shows unremarkable squamous cells, satisfactory for evaluation with present endocervical / transformation zone components. There is associated moderate inflammatory changes without identified clue cells. Monilial hyphae and spore forms are identified. No evidence of viral or trichomonal infection. No evidence of atypical or malignant cells.</p>
