Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Endometrium shows hyperplastic endometrial glands, is non-secretory, it is formed of slightly branched glands lined by 1-2 layers of cells. Stroma is cellular. No evidence of complex glandular pattern. Some of the hyperplastic endometrium are seen embedded within deep myometrium. Myometrial tumor are benign leiomyomas formed of whorly bundles of mature smooth muscles separated by a fibrous stroma. One of them shows moderately cellular. No evidence of tumor necrosis. No evidence of atypia or malignancy. Cervix shows Nabothian cysts with mild endocervicitis. Both ovaries shows Corpora albicans. Fallopian tubes are unremarkable. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Panhysterectomy</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Panhysterectomy : uterus measured 9 x 7 x 5 cm with an 2 cm cervix, an endometrial lining of 0.5 mm, and a 2.5 cm thick myometrial wall. Within the myometrium were two firm, grey-white leiomyomatous masses, the largest of which measured 2 x 2 cm. The right and left ovaries measured 2.8 x 1.5 x 1 cm and 3 x 1.5 x 1 cm, respectively. The right and left fallopian tubes measured 6 cm and 5 cm, respectively.</p>
<h3><strong><em><u>Panhysterectomy</u></em></strong>:</h3><ul><li><strong>Mild simple endometrial hyperplasia without atypia </strong></li><li><strong>Deep adenomyosis </strong></li><li><strong>Leiomyomas, one is cellular. </strong></li><li><strong>Cervical Nabothian cysts and mild endocervicitis. </strong></li><li><strong>Bilateral ovarian corpora albicans.</strong></li><li><strong>Fallopian tubes are unremarkable.</strong></li></ul>
