<p>Myometrial tumors are benign leiomyoma formed of whorly bundles of mature smooth muscles separated by a fibrous stroma. No evidence of malignancy.</p>
<p>Lower abdominal pain and heaviness.</p>
<p>Two fibroid masses, the first measured 6x5x4 cm, and the second measured 3x2x1.7 cm, both have rubbery whitish cut section.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Myomectomy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Leiomyomas</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy.</strong></li></ul>
