Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">A benign tumor showing proliferation of fibrocytes and Schwann cells with dominance of the latter. The cells are arranged in short bundles with exuberant palisading of nuclei of Schwann cells. No evidence of atypia or malignancy and excision looks complete. </p>
<p>Right wrist mass.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">One solid, firm, greyish soft tissue mass measuring 2 x 1.3 x 1 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Right wrist mass, excision biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Schwannoma. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy.</strong> </li></ul>
