<p class="ql-align-justify">Polypoid soft tissue tumor covered by intact skin, it is formed of lobules of mature fat cells separated by markedly thick fibrovascular trabeculae rich in irregular bundles of collagen with moderate infiltration by inflammatory cells. Tumor shows many congested blood vessels. No evidence of malignancy.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Huge skin tag on the right flank—with a differential diagnosis ? neurofibromatosis or other conditions.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Polypoid mass measuring 3 x 2.5 x 2 cm, completely covered by skin, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Rt. Flank skin mass, excision:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Polypoid fibrolipoma, inflamed and strangulated.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
