<p class="ql-align-justify">Cyst wall shows partial lining by stratified squamous epithelium with related sebaceous glands and some hair follicles. There are islands of glandular epithelium, mature glial tissue, mature smooth muscles and mature adipose tissue. No evidence of immature elements. Wall of cyst showing corpus luteum. No evidence of malignancy</p>
<p>Rt. ovarian cyst.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Ovarian cyst measuring 14 x 7.5 x 7 cm, has a smooth outer surface filled with thick, grey material and hair.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Rt. ovarian cystectomy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Mature (benign) cystic teratoma.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
