Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Benign well encapsulated tumor formed of proliferating breast ducts and stromal fibrocytes. In areas both component are represented equally (pericanalicular pattern) however, in other areas fibroblastic proliferation dominates thus compressing ducts into slit-like structures (intracanalicular pattern). Rest of breast tissue shows fibroadenosis. No evidence of malignancy.</p>
<p>Rt. breast Mass BIRADS 4.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue mass measured 3x2.5x2.5 cm, having rubbery whitish cut section. Received in the same container fatty soft tissue fragment measuring 1.8x1.5x0.8 cm. Both were totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Right breast mass, excision biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Fibroadenoma, mixed type. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
