Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">A benign meningothelial tumor formed of proliferating cells assuming a whorly pattern with scattered microcalcific bodies (psammoma bodies). This is a WHO grade 1 tumor. No evidence of malignancy. </p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Patient presented with a history of decreased level of consciousness, headache, and aphasia associated with a brain mass that was excised.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Two soft tissue masses collectively measured 7x6x3.5 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>SOL, Excision: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Psammomatous meningioma (WHO grade I). </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
