A benign meningothelial tumor formed of proliferating cells assuming a whorly pattern with scattered microcalcific bodies (psammoma bodies). This is a WHO grade 1 tumor. No evidence of malignancy.
Patient presented with a history of decreased level of consciousness, headache, and aphasia associated with a brain mass that was excised.
