Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">A polypoid bone tumor covered by a cap of hyaline cartilage of varying thickness and showing a core of cancellous bone. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of malignancy.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Known Multiple Hereditary Exostoses (MHE) presented with a one-week history of severe pain and tenderness in her left fourth finger, leading to the excision of a bony exostosis to rule out suspected malignant transformation.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Bony fragment measured 1.3x1x0.7 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Lt fourth finger mass, Excision Biopsy: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Osteochondroma.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
