A polypoid bone tumor covered by a cap of hyaline cartilage of varying thickness and showing a core of cancellous bone. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of malignancy.
Known Multiple Hereditary Exostoses (MHE) presented with a one-week history of severe pain and tenderness in her left fourth finger, leading to the excision of a bony exostosis to rule out suspected malignant transformation.
