Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">A polypoid lesion covered by focally acanthotic non-keratinizing stratified squamous epithelium. Core is fibrotic and vascular and shows fibrinoid degeneration. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of malignancy. </p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">The patient presents with hoarseness of voice for one year with no weight loss or dysphagia, and has a short-period smoking history of 5 pack-years. Laryngoscopy revealed polypoidal mass in loving anterior third of left vocal fold.</p>
<p>Soft tissue fragment measured 0.6x0.4 cm, totally embedded.</p>
