<p class="ql-align-justify">A well-circumscribed, nodular neoplasm composed of intersecting fascicles of bland, uniform spindle cells with wavy nuclei and pale cytoplasm. The lesion exhibits a biphasic architecture with alternating hypercellular zones and loosely textured myxoid areas, with formation of Verocay bodies. The intervening stroma contains dense collagen and prominent thick-walled, hyalinized blood vessels. There is no cytological atypia, tumor necrosis, or significant mitotic activity.</p>
<p>Right-sided Bartholin's gland cyst.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Two soft tissue fragments collectively measured 2x1.3x0.8 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<h3><strong><em><u>Vulval cystic lesion, excision:</u></em> </strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Schwannoma, with secondary cystic change. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
