<p>Soft tissue framgments collectively measured 3x2.5x0.8 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Endometrial biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Moderate simple endometrial hyperplasia.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for atypia or malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
