Submitted material shows focal ulceration of skin with related infiltrate marked number of neutrophils, lymphocytes and some macrophages with underlying infiltration by lymphocytes, plasma cells, histiocytes related to foreign body material. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.
The patient presents with an ulcer on the right big toe that developed following a foreign body injury one month ago.
