<p class="ql-align-justify">Sections show lymph nodes showing lost architecture and replacement by a vague nodular infiltrate of dominantly large atypical lymphoid cells some are non-cleaved but centroblasts forming >15 cells/ HPF. Case is consistent with follicle lymphoma. Recommend for marker study for confirmation and exact grading (CD20, CD3, BCL2, BCL6, CD10, Ki-67).</p>
<p>Right inguinal lymph node enlargement.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Multiple lymph nodes, the largest of which measured 2x1.5x1 cm, totally embedded.</p>
