Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Lymph nodes with preserved normal nodal pattern and hyperplasia of the lymphoid follicles. The subcapsular paracortex is widened by aggregates of histiocytes with abundant pale cytoplasm, vesicular elongated nuclei, some with grooves and small nucleoli. Some of these cells are melanin-laden. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of malignancy</p>
<p>Left inguinal lymphadenopathy.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Two pieces of soft tissue measuring 2.5 x 2 x 1.5 and 1.9 x 1.3 x 0.8 cm. Dissection revealed 2 lymph nodes, the largest measuring 1.3 cm in its maximum dimension.</p>
<h3><strong><em><u>Inguinal lymph nodes, Excision biopsy: </u></em></strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Reactive follicular lymphoid hyperplasia (Dermatopathic lymphadenopathy).</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
