Myometrial tumor is benign leiomyoma formed of whorly bundles of mature smooth muscles separated by a fibrous stroma. Endometrium is non-secretory, it is formed of slightly branching glands lined by 1-2 layers of cells. Stroma is cellular. Islands of these endometrial glands and stroma are seen entrapped deep within myometrium. No evidence of complex glandular pattern. Submitted part of cervix showing Nabothian cysts. No evidence of atypia or malignancy
