<p>Polypoid lesion composed of irregular, branching and focally endometrial glands lined by 1-3 layers of non-secretory columnar cells. Separating stroma is abundant and contains bundles of smooth muscles. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p>
<p>Cervical polyp.</p>
<p>Polyp measured 2x1.5x1 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify"><strong><em><u>Uterine polypectomy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Adenomyomatous polyp. </strong></li><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Negative for atypia. </strong></li></ul>
