<p>Polyp is composed of cystic mucous glands with separating stroma showing dense infiltration by neutrophils, lymphocytes and plasma cells. There is focal ulceration of covering epithelium. No evidence of malignancy.</p>

<p>Fragments of collective size 5x3 mm.</p>
