Diagnosis
<p>Ulcerated skin with related septic granulation tissue and fibrosis. Base of ulcer shows proliferating capillaries, infiltration by neutrophils, lymphocytes, plasma cells and macrophages with associated deposition of fibrin. Inflammation extending to underling bone. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of malignancy.</p>
<p>Swelling at dorsum of little finger. </p>
<p>Fragments collectively measuring 2.5x2 cm.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Dorsum of little finger swelling, debridement:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Active inflammatory ulcer with septic granulation tissue, extending to underlying bone.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
