<p class="ql-align-justify">Submitted fragments showing focally ulcerated gastric mucosa with related an invasive tumor composed of sheets and solid groups of large malignant epithelial cells exhibiting moderate to marked degree of anaplasia. There is focal poor glandular differentiation. Superimposed inflammatory cell infiltrate is encountered. Tumor cells exhibits diffuse positive cytoplasmic staining for CK, whereas negative to CD20 and CD3.</p>
<p>Paraffin block of an endoscopic gastric biopsy of a gastric mass for Immunohistochemistry.</p>
<p>Received one paraffin block and two H&E stained slides coded S 5841-2025 for immunohistochemstry.</p>
