An adenomatous polyp formed of tubular glands lined by columnar cells with reduced mucigenic activity and focal mild dysplasia. No evidence of malignancy in this biopsy. Ki-67 reveals a generally low proliferation rate with focal areas of increased activity and occasional upward extension toward the luminal surface, whereas p53 shows focal nuclear positivity without aberrant diffuse overexpression. Overall, this immunoprofile is in keeping with low-grade dysplasia.
