<p class="ql-align-justify">Preparations show a moderate number of small lymphocytes with few neutrophils and many reactive mesothelial cells. No evidence of atypical or malignant cells.</p>
<p>Pericardial fluid for cytology.</p>
<p>Two smears were prepared from submitted 50 ml pale yellow fluid and stained with pap.</p>
