Diagnosis
<p>A benign polypoid lesion covered by focally ulcerated non-keratinizing stratified squamous epithelium. Core is fibrotic, vascular and shows focal dense infiltration by lymphocytes and plasma cells. Core of the polyp showing scattered congested blood vessels and areas of interstitial hemorrhage. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Skin lesion.</p>
<p>Skin polyp measures 2x1.5x1.2 cm.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Skin lesion, excision biopsy: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Inflamed fibroepithelial polyp, with ulceration. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
