Tumor cells are diffusely positive for CD20 and CD10. CD3 stains few scattered small cells. CK, TdT is negative. Ki67 labeling index was about 100%. This is diagnostic of Burkitt's Lymphoma.
Large, well-defined radiolucent lesion in the right posterior mandible, extending through the body, angle, and ramus, causing extensive bone destruction. Provisional diagnosis was suspicious of NHL (Path. NO. 1693 on 18-3-2026)
