Microscopic Description
Diagnosis
<p>Tumor cells are diffusely positive for CD20 and CD10. CD3 stains few scattered small cells. CK, TdT is negative. Ki67 labeling index was about 100%. This is diagnostic of Burkitt's Lymphoma.</p>
<p>Large, well-defined radiolucent lesion in the right posterior mandible, extending through the body, angle, and ramus, causing extensive bone destruction. Provisional diagnosis was suspicious of NHL (Path. NO. 1693 on 18-3-2026)</p>
<p>Sections immunostained for CD20, CD3, TdT, CD99, CD10 and Ki-67.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Rt. posterior mandible lesion, excision biopsy, immunostaining:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Burkitt's lymphoma.</strong></li></ul>
