<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 1 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<h3><strong><em><u>Colon, endoscopic biopsy:</u></em></strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Mild chronic colitis with minimal inflammatory activity. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for epithelial dysplasia. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy.</strong></li></ul>
