Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Fibrotic cyst wall lined by stratified epithelium which is partly of the columnar type and partly squamous. Wall of cyst showing focal interstitial hemorrhage and scattered congested blood vessels. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of atypia or malignancy. </p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Large left Bartholin cyst that yielded a chocolate-like aspirated.</p>

<p><strong><em><u>Vulval cyst, Excision: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Bartholin gland cyst. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy.</strong></li></ul>
