Focally ulcerated mucosal fragments by an invasive carcinoma formed of solid groups of minimally keratinized basaloid squamous cells exhibiting moderate anaplasia and mitosis associated with marked stromal infiltration by lymphocytes, plasma cells and histiocytes. Periphery of tumor masses showing focal palisading. No evidence of surrounding tissue free margins.
