<p class="ql-align-justify">Skin with underlying soft tissue mass measured 1.7x1.3x1 cm, cut section is fatty.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Skin polyp, excision:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Polypoid fibrolipoma.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy.</strong></li></ul>
