<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Dominantly mature adipose and skeletal muscle tissue with few foci of soft tissue infiltrated by malignant osteogenic bone tumor. Tumor is formed of cellular nodules of neoplastic cartilage with focal calcification. Focally, there is a pleomorphic population of rounded, oval, stellate and spindle cells. Anaplasia and mitosis are moderate.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Smear is hemorrhagic and markedly hypocellular showing few inflammatory cells, negative for malignant cells.</li></ul><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p>
<p><u></u>Right proximal femur bone lesion.</p>
<p>Two samples were received:</p><p class="ql-align-justify">1- Tissue biopsy: fragmented pieces of soft tissue and bone, measuring 1.8 x 1.5 x 0.7 cm in aggregate.</p><p class="ql-align-justify">2- One smear was prepared and stained from submitted 1 ml bloody fluid.</p>
