Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Endometrium is hyperplastic and non-secretory. It is formed of moderately branching glands separated by cellular stroma and lined by 1-2 layers of cells. No evidence of complex glandular pattern. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">10-day history of vaginal bleeding following 1.5 months of amenorrhea, with examination revealing an edematous cervix with a Nabothian cyst and increased endometrial thickness.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Fragments of collective size 3.5x3x0.7 cm.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Endometrial biopsy</u></em></strong></p><ul><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Moderate simple endometrial hyperplasia. </strong></li><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong> Negative for atypia. </strong></li></ul>
