Rt. Ovarian fibrotic cyst wall lined by a single layer of cuboidal non-mucigenic cells. No evidence of epithelial piling up or cytological atypia. Other ovary is unremarkable. Polypoid lesion and endometrium formed of non-secretory hyperplastic endometrium with branching glands exhibiting moderate cystic dilatation with focal crowdness. Glands are lined by 1-3 layers of cells. Stroma is compact with scattered thick walled blood vessels. Islands of these endometrial glands and stroma are seen entrapped superficial within myometrium. No evidence of complex pattern. Cervix shows Nabothian cysts. Both fallopian tubes are unremarkable. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.

Panhysterectomy specimen; uterus measures 7x4.5x3 cm with myometrial thickness of 1.5 cm showing trabeculations, and endometrial thickness of 0.4 cm, showing a polyp measure 0.7x0.5 cm. Cervix is 2.5 cm, long. The right ovary almost replaced by a cyst measured 6x5.5x5 cm. The left ovary measured 1.8x1.5x1 cm, grossly unremarkable. The right and left fallopian tubes measured 6 cm and 5 cm in length, respectively, and are grossly unremarkable
