Diagnosis
<p>Fibrotic cyst wall showing broad and sessile fibrotic projections covered by non-mucigenic low cells. Rest of cyst wall is lined by same type of cells. No evidence of epithelial piling up. Attached fallopian tube is unremarkable. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Right ovarian mass.</p>
<p>Ovarian cyst 9x8x7 cm, cut section is multilocular with serous clear contents. Inner and outer surfaces are smooth and inner surface shows whitish sessile projections covering an area 1.5x1 cm. Wall is 0.3 cm in thickness. Attached fallopian tube is 5 cm, long.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Ovarian cystectomy: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Papillary serous cystadenofibroma.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
