No evidence of dysplasia. No evidence of malignancy.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Rectal bleeding, colonoscopy revealed colitis characterized by an erythematous, edematous, and lacerated mucosa.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 0.7 cm, totally embedded.</p>
