Diagnosis
<p>Gastric mucosae showing mild infiltration by lymphocytes and plasma cells. There is evidence of focal inflammatory activity manifested by few neutrophils infiltrating glands, however H. pylori characteristic forms are not seen. No evidence of intestinal metaplasia, atypia or malignancy. </p>
<p>Epigastric pain. Endoscopy show mucosal pangastropathy.</p>
<p>Four soft tissue fragments collectively measured 0.7 cm, totally embedded. </p>
<p><strong><em><u>Stomach, Endoscopic biopsy: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Mild chronic atrophic gastritis with associated mild inflammatory activity. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for atypia ad malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
