Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">An invasive skin carcinoma formed of solid groups of active basaloid cells exhibiting mild anaplasia and peripheral palisading of their nuclei. No evidence of lymphovascular or perineural invasion. Lateral and deep margins of excision are free from tumor infiltration.</p>
<p>Itchy pigmented skin patch.</p>
<p>Skin fragment measured 0.8x0.7x0.6 cm showing central pigmented elevation 0.3x0.2 cm, away 0.2 cm from least circumferential margin.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Skin biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Basal cell carcinoma, nodular type.</strong></li><li><strong>Margins of excision are free of tumor infiltration. </strong></li></ul><p><br></p><h4><br></h4>
