Fragmented polypoid lesion formed of non-secretory hyperplastic endometrium, it is formed of branching glands exhibiting moderate cystic dilatation with focal crowdness. Glands are lined by 1-3 layers of cells. Stroma is compact with scattered thick walled blood vessels. No evidence of complex pattern, atypia or malignancy.
Three-year history of menorrhagia, ultrasound reveals a bulky uterus, an endometrial polyp, and suspected adenomyosis.
