Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Intact skin with a non-capsulated dermal lesion formed of nests of focally pigmented nevocellular cells that exhibit neural maturation in deeper parts of the lesion. No evidence of any junctional component or malignancy and excision of lesion appears complete.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Nevus on the right lateral aspect of the nasolabial fold.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Skin fragment measures 1 x 0.8 x 0.7 cm showing central polyp measures 0.7 x 0.6 cm. Margins of excision ranged from 0.1 to 0.2 cm.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Rt. Nasolabial fold lesion, Excision biopsy: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Polypoid dermal nevus.</strong></li><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
