<p class="ql-align-justify">Smear shows unremarkable squamous cells, satisfactory for evaluation with present endocervical / transformation zone components. There is mild associated inflammatory changes and clue cells are not identified. No evidence of viral, fungal, or trichomonal infection. No evidence of atypical or malignant cells.</p>
<p>Cervical ulcer.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Three smears were submitted, labeled as endocervix and exocervix and endocervix with exocervix, all were stained with pap. </p>
<p><strong><em><u>Pap smear, conventional cytology: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Satisfactory for evaluation. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for intraepithelial lesion or malignancy (NILM). </strong></li><li><strong>Organisms: None. </strong></li><li><strong>Mild neutrophilic infiltrate. </strong></li><li><strong>Clue cells are not identified.</strong></li></ul>
