Smear shows unremarkable squamous cells, satisfactory for evaluation with present endocervical / transformation zone components. There is mild associated inflammatory changes and clue cells are not identified. No evidence of viral, fungal, or trichomonal infection. No evidence of atypical or malignant cells.
